Less nuisance
When working on the energy networks, we limit the nuisance for residents, traders and road users as much as possible. We do this by carefully planning shipyards, bundling work where possible and working closely with local authorities and other utilities.
Clear site communication plays a crucial role in this. Via resident letters, digital channels and direct points of contactwe inform those involved in a timely manner about the planning, impact and progress of the work.
With good coordination, transparency and customer-oriented communication, we want to realize the necessary investments in the networks with respect for the living environment. This helps to make work run more smoothly and to limit the impact for everyone who comes into contact with it.
Collaboration with local authorities
Local authorities are indispensable partners for Fluvius to develop our future-oriented networks. Together with cities and municipalities, we align investment plans, site phases and network reinforcements with local needs and policy objectives. By putting plans together in a timely manner, work can be better coordinated. This prevents the public domain from being opened several times in a rowoken.
We also actively involve local authorities in the further development of products and services. This is done, among other things, through structural consultation, local relationship managers and interactive platforms. This collaboration strengthens the joint approach to the energy transition, climate adaptation and liveable public space. Our focus is on efficiency, less nuisance and maximum more noisefor citizens and local communities.
Customer communication
We communicate clearly and accessibly. Customers can contact us for clear information, support and guidance with connections, relocation, new installations or questions about their consumption. In the event of malfunctions, we intervene quickly and keep customers well informed.
