Business Continuity Management

The Business Continuity Management charter (BCM charter) sets out how we at Fluvius ensure the continuity of critical activities in the event of incidents or crisis situations. The charter describes a structured approach to prevent and manage disruptions. It also states how we will restore the service within the agreed deadlines.

In addition, clear roles,responsibilities and evaluation moments, in line with internationally recognized standards for business continuity. With this charter, we make our commitment to reliable service and resilience explicit, even in exceptional circumstances.

Cybersecurity

We take cybersecurity seriously. We need to protect the reliability of our digital systems and services. That is why we work structurally on the security of information and systems, with attention to confidentiality, integrity and availability.

We follow a clear roadmap with measures for risk management, prevention, detection and recovery in the event of a cyber incidenten. Our approach is anchored in legislation and international standards. We make employees and partners aware of risks and provide training. In this way, we strengthen our cyber resilience and keep essential services safe and available in a digital context.
