Ethics, anti-corruption and bribery

The Code for good governance describes how Fluvius ensures transparent, honest and responsible operation. It lays down the basic principles for decision-making, supervision and accountability. In addition, there are clear agreements on the division of roles, odependence and compliance with laws and regulations.

As a public grid operator, Fluvius attaches great importance to proper governance and to the trust of shareholders, stakeholders and society. The code helps us to manage Fluvius carefully and professionally, in line with our social mission.

The integrity charter is Fluvius' ethical compass. It makes clear what acting with integrity and ethics means in daily practice and provides guidance for decisions in sometimes complex situations.

The charter starts from the valuen of Fluvius and emphasizes honesty, respect, responsibility and transparent communication. By sharing the integrity charter internally and externally, Fluvius underlines the importance of trust and correct behaviour in all relationships with employees, partners and stakeholders.

We believe it is important that unethical or unlawful behaviour can be reported safely. That is why we provide accessible whistleblowing channels for both employees and external parties, such as suppliers and partners. Reports can be confidential or anonymous. We have them carefully examined by an independentmultidisciplinary cell.

We actively protect whistleblowers from any form of harm and ensure correct follow-up of every report. At Fluvius, we therefore attach great importance to a culture of integrity, transparency and trust — within our own organisation and throughout the value chain.
